All products on this website are made by Julie Thorn and Kevin Thorn, Directors of Busy Bees Cosmetics Limited. All of our products are made with our own beeswax from our beehives owned by Julie Thorn and Kevin Thorn, Directors of Stour Valley Apiaries Limited.
PRICING
The prices of our products on our website exclude postage. Discounts to include postage are available for multiple orders.
Enquiries and quotations for the cost of shipping overseas are available upon request. Please contact us directly at hello@busybeescosmetics.co.uk
All published prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENT
Payment is via Stripe checkout. Busy Bees Cosmetics reserve the right to refuse any payment made by the Buyer without giving reason to the Buyer and to refuse orders from certain countries that are known for fraudulent activities.
WHOLESALE
We have a separate arrangement for wholesale purchases. Please kindly call us or send an email for details.
DISPATCH TIMES
Once your order has been processed we will visit the Post Office on Thursdays and Fridays when we are out delivering our wholesale orders. All items are sent by standard UK, Royal Mail or Couriers may be used to gain the most efficient and reasonable priced service. If you would like your order by a specific date please do include that within your order.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply do not like it, please contact us by email and you may return items within 14 days from the date of dispatch, for a full refund. Refunds will be made by Bank or Stripe transfer depending on the original payment method. You are liable for the cost of returning any items.
